No parking fees at 190 Colonnade.  We issue 2 parking passes left at the villa.  It is the tenants responsiblity to put the parking passes back in the villa before you leave or a $100 fee will be charged if not left there. 

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
