"On arrival greeted by Sorcha, so lovely and kind, room was not ready so got to have a lovely pink gin in bar, again friendly staff. Back out to Sorcha, lots of chats, I admit Im a high maintenance guest but they go above and beyond to help you. Room huge and warm or cool, gr8 tv channels, fab wifi, breakfast in room is great, they forgot me 1st morn even tho card was outside door by 10pm nigjt before but within 5mins dropt me up tea and coffee, housekeeping are all kind and caring...Becks on checkout was lovely too, they just went above and beyond for me and it was so much appreciated. Its my fav hotel in the the whole of Ireland, cant wait til November when Im back to annoy you all again xx"
