"This is our second year staying at this lovely lake home. The setting is beautiful, the home is very comfortable and clean, we so appreciate this property. Well kept up and very nicely appointed. The lake is lovely, so great to have the pontoon boat included so my husband was able to fish. We hope that we will be able to return again next year! Peaceful setting to return to again and again!"

"Superbly clean, quaint, very well appointed and decorated, cozy lake home. A group of 5 friends and I met here for the weekend and had a marvelous stay. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out for a spin on beautiful Lake George, taking a long walk around the lake, and spending lots of time catching up and visiting in the cozy home. "This was a great cottage for our family of 4. Our kids (9 and 6) loved swimming and fishing off the dock. We used the 2 kayaks and pool toys that were available. The fire pit was great for smores and hot dogs at night. The lake bottom was very sandy by the shore which made it pleasant to walk around in. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We loved the historic feel. This is how a lake cottage is supposed to be. I'd recommend this property and plan on returning."

"We greatly enjoyed our time at the Doctor's Cottage. The quaint and clean retreat is located in an idyllic spot for a relaxing time away from everyday stress. The lake lives up to it's name. The depth around the dock is just right for wading, playing, or jumping into a kayak. Our host communicated clearly and quickly, displaying a sincere desire for a pleasant stay."

"The owners were very easy to get in touch with and made sure that everything was good during my stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Great view of lake and nice outdoor area for sitting. Good room inside. Comfortable bed. Great area for dog outside. Lots of places to walk/bike on trail which crosses in front of house. Had a very nice time, location is easy access to 127, etc.. Would definitely go back!"
