Welcome to Hillsborough! This duplex unit is located in walking distance to downtown Hillsborough and its shops, restaurants and historic sites.

Enjoy the high speed internet, three streaming TV’s, free parking and private deck.

You’ll have access to a fully stocked kitchen with all your essentials including seasonings and spices.

Towels, wash cloths and other toiletries are provided along with laundry necessities.

Bedroom 1: K | Bedroom 2: Q | 1 bath

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private deck & patio (furniture coming soon), Spacious shared backyard

INDOOR LIVING: 3 Smart TVs, free wifi, dining table, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dish-ware/flatware, toaster, spices

GENERAL: Towels/linen, in-unit W/D, hangers, iron/board, trash bags/paper towels, toiletries

Guests have private access to the entire space. Only shared space is the backyard shared with any guests that may be at the duplex.

Occasionally I am available in person. If I can not come, I will send someone.

Please be sure to enjoy all Hillsborough has to offer while you are here!

History buffs will enjoy exploring the free exhibits at Orange County Historical Museum or walking the Occoneechee Speedway Trail.

Eno River Farmers Market is open on Saturdays year round! Go see their live music, arts & crafts activities, master gardeners, chef demonstrations, and more!

Venture to Hillsborough Wine company experts and try out their wine tasting machines or enjoy Karaoke nights at Crazy Shots Bar & Billiards.

PARKING: Paved driveway (3 vehicles)

Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway. If more than 3 cars need to park, please pull forward past the driveway onto the grass to allow for more room. (Parking side by side will not leave much space.)

COULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR STAY
Nicely renovated property. Unfortunately, the unit smelled like fish. This included the refrigerator, counter tops, and trash can. Contacted host and she sent over cleaning supplies for ME to do the cleaning. Medicine cabinet in bathroom was dirty. Dishes were put away dirty and wet. This unit has an excellent location for Historic Hillsborough and the River Walk.

Hillsborough Gem!!
Jasmine’s place was perfect!! The place was clean, the location was perfect, and she provided the essentials that made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The whole family loved it and we definitely plan to stay there every time we visit NC!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the area or have family in town. :)

Perfect location for us the parents of the bride to stay for our daughter’s wedding. The venue was less than a mile away. Wonderful comfortable beds and loved having a tv in each room.

Very cute and close to town. Owner very responsive when tv remote in front room was missing. She ordered a new one and also reached out to the previous guests who had put the remote out if their kids reach.

Clean and super convenient
Very comfortable stay. Nice open layout to kitchen. Convenience of televisions in both bedrooms and living room. Convenient for dog owners as there is a back door to take the pup out for restroom breaks. She even left two dog beds did not smell doggy or anything like that. Nicely updated.

Comfy and clezan!
Loved this place! It was immaculately clean. The sectional was comfortable with built in recliners, soft blankets and pillows. Location was only minutes away from the cute shops and cafe’s in the historic district of Hillsborough. Jasmine our host was great, checking in on us several tomes. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Home!
This is a beautifully remodeled home which was perfect for a short stay while moving my daughter into Elon. The home is fully equipped, beds were super comfortable, and very quiet. Just what was needed after a long, emotional day of unpacking. Downtown is super cute with coffee shops, boutiques and a few nice restaurants which I hope to take advantage of more during my next stay!

Cozy little bungalow close to quaint town of Hillsborough... Quiet... Nice back patio... Saw a deer family each evening in the wooded area behind the cottage... Cute little town less than a mile away with shops and cafes... Bed was very comfortable...

Lovely house
We two friends were in the area for an art class. The house was clean and so quiet! It was very restful coming back at night after 12 hours or more of working, and knowing that we would sleep well in the comfortable beds. We had every thing we needed - excellent linens, comfortable furniture, nicely equipped kitchen. We would like to stay here again when we return next year for our next class!

Jasmine’s place was extremely clean. Plenty of parking, beautifully decorated and plenty of little things to make our stay comfortable. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. We can’t speak about the 2nd bedroom, as we didn’t use it; but it looked as comfy as the king. The bath towels are super thick and absorbent. We loved everything!
