My 90 year old mom was a patient at Vanderbilt University Hospital and this studio is an easy and safe 1/2 mile walk to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were great quality - so many rentals skimp on these items - not here! The kitchen was extremely clean. I cooked breakfast there every morning. There is a Kroger's about .3 of mile away. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, kitchen...

"This was my wife and I's first time in Nashville, and this rental was a great home base. The location was convenient for everything that we planned to see during our short visit. It was clean and comfortable. The staircase was a tad steep for our black lab, but she eventually conquered them. We would definitely consider rebooking if we're in the area again. Host was very nice and attentive."

Only 2 comments: 1) The air conditioner/heater fan is very loud and can't be turned down unless temperature is lowered. 2) The bedside lamps have a solid cover, which prevents enough light for reading in bed. Although it’s on a busy street we heard no traffic noise. The only downside for us was the size of the two car garage because we couldn’t fit two minivans in it and be able to open the doors to get out.
