"We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I wanted to explore. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, which was such a huge plus. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, and the outdoor space was a great bonus.However, I did want to mention that the owner seems to check the outdoor cameras frequently, and we were unaware that she had called the cops on the neighbor’s dogs...

"Nice little cottage for two in a quiet little area. The hosts were very responsive and had everything you would need at the cottage. There is a great covered porch to eat outside if the weather cooperates. We will definitely be back to this charming retreat."

"This home is so charming, and pleasant. The beds are comfortable. It has all the mod cons needed. The water pressure is great for showering. The water stayed hot while in the bath, and the front bathroom has a detachable shower head, which I really appreciated. Liquid bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were available too. The home is located down a two(?)mile, very private road, which makes for a quieter, more serene stay. It’s approximately 8...

"Beautiful home and pool. Very comfortable, it had everything we needed for our annual friends of almost 40 years trip. Lots of things to do in nearby Waco. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sun come up. "

"Even for our mostly adult group the shuffleboard and ping pong got the most use. The house itself has its quirks and all but couldn't picture a better place for a large group to all stay together. Kitchen was great to have plenty of ovens and tables space."

"We had a great family weekend, cooking breakfast, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The game room downstairs was fun and entertaining with the grandkids and overall we had a wonderful time! Great proximity to Lake Whitney and the State Park. "

"This VRBO is everything they promised and more. Plenty of activities in the house. The hit tub was wonderful and very clean. Groceries, restaurants and even disc golf very clise by in a quaint little town. Will defi itely go agaiin ifnext time Im in Whitney."

"We had a wonderful time here with our family! There were 8 adults and 7 children (almost 3 - 9). One of our families could only come for the day, but we had planned on them staying (2 adults, 3 children ages 1-5). There would have been plenty of room for all! The house is very nice, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub, even in Dec - Jan! (Adults at 11 pm and kids during the day!) We also enjoyed the fire pit on New Year's Eve! The balconies were fun...

"House was fine, some good some so so. Very clean, nice place but "lake view" ... technically correct but yeah not so much. And it' in a well... interesting neighborhood. But my real review is why YOU SHOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS OR ANY OTHER VACASA MANAGED PROPERTY. I have been so bombared by marketing from them both before and after stay ill never use another VRBO run by them, and sadly they run a lot. And contacting them so they stop bothering does nothing. So here is the review you begges me for...

"This is now our third year at this property for Christmas and it honestly gets better and better each year! The owners continues to invest in new amenities, pool, outdoor kitchen, furniture, etc. I am afraid to keep pouring on praise for fear we can’t get in next year due to demand!!"
