Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful with questions and never seemed bothered with guests. Their airport and cruise shuttle is on point. Very organized and well scripted. Absolutely the place to stay if crusing in and out of Ft Lauderdale.

Room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. The amenities were also great. We were woken up around 4 am to the trash truck which is the o oh reason for 4 stars.

Very poor reception at front desk. The hotel is shabby and the staff unfriendly, cleaning or fresh towels are twice weekly. Someone smoked on our non smoking floor and everything smelled like frying. The room was dirty, the lamp shade next to the bed was stained. The bathroom was from the 1950's. The shower had mold and abandoned shower valves sticking out of the wall. There was a fair amount of seaweed on the beach and I found the sand was hard to walk in because the sand was loosely packed. Not a beach suitable for a power walk or a run. The Pier is and surrounding commercial area is not open yet.
