Room was very clean, staff are accommodating, and location is just steps from the beach! The Boardwalk is alive with entertainment and places to eat. Would recommend this hotel location based on how close it is to the beach.

There was a fair amount of seaweed on the beach and I found the sand was hard to walk in because the sand was loosely packed. Not a beach suitable for a power walk or a run. The Pier is and surrounding commercial area is not open yet.
