Good value. Very old Florida. Easy access to beach, beach walk and bike path. Fun funky ethnic restaurants.

They are in the process of updating old couches and chairs! Much of the furnishings are old but the hotel is clean and is a convenient location! The views are either the intracostal or the ocean! Both are enjoyable except for the strait ahead view of the ocean( old ugly short buildings). However, ...

There was a fair amount of seaweed on the beach and I found the sand was hard to walk in because the sand was loosely packed. Not a beach suitable for a power walk or a run. The Pier is and surrounding commercial area is not open yet.
