My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. Easy to use door seduriry with codes. I was delighted to be able to leave my luggage between check-out and train departure. Very convenient for station, town, restaurants, church. I would recommend...

"Our stay at the Coastal Bolthole was delightful. The property is superbly located, close to all amenities and transport links and was very easy to find. The house itself was very clean and tidy with a great kitchen and lots of toys and games for our younster to enjoy. The host Simon was incredibly helpful and easy to contact, overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!"

"The house was a great size for 8 people. The two doubles and two twins worked really well. It was lovely and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Town is a short walk away and there are nice walks close by too. I would recommend this property. "

"Searles is a good site with plenty of entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay BUT. We made the booking through Hoseasons and on two occasions we received emails saying your payment has not gone through and the booking was cancelled without any contact with us apart form the email. We struggled to find a phone number to resolve the problem which is still a mystery. Searles provided us with contact number and we were able to book it over the phone. The online booking system was a disaster"

The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! "Super clean, spacious, lovely private garden with badminton rackets and football. Well stocked with tea, coffee, toilet paper, salt & pepper etc etc. 3 generations stayed a week and we loved it. Simple to find. Plenty of room. We didn't find the road a problem with noise at all. Easy walk into town and to the swimming pool. We had a smashing time. Would highly recommend!"

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"Lovely house, all as described or better. We were afraid that the garden might be too exposed to the road and hadn't actually realised that there was an additional bit behind the house. In the event, weather wasn't really good enough to spend much time in the garden but would have been great.. Our baby grandchild wasn't quite old enough for the facilities provided but two highchairs, stairgates and toys make it ideal for babies and young children. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back! "
