"The property was very clean, very secure, plenty of parking, although the parking plans were a little confusing. There is a concert hall next door, that plays mostly on Saturdays. They did have a DJ there one Saturday, till 2:00 in the morning. If you're in the vacation rental the sound from the outdoor concert is Extremely Loud. Luckily I was out until 12:30 a.m., but still the hour and a half of loud music was disturbing. But other than that my stay was excellent"

"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

"The apartment was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and felt comfortable. Nice neighborhood close to OSU. We felt very safe. Kitchen was appointed with all the necessities except a toaster. Two bathrooms and two showers were great to have. Loved the rainfall shower head! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Columbus. "

"11 out of 10... The host is so responsive. Checks ID which made me feel safe before I even arrived. Parking was right in front of the entrance, even with an event at the downstairs location the evening of our stay. We couldn't hear anything from upstairs while the event was going on.
