"This property is excellently located in Copenhagen for city access to attractions and restaurants. Having internal courtyards on both sides of building makes it quiet for a central city location. The place is large and would be a great place for a family of four. It is on the third floor with steep staircase so be aware if you have large or many bags. "

We were able to walk to EVERYTHING - shopping, round tower, Tivoli, Freetown, Design Museum, Botanical Gardens, Nyhavn. Even in the winter. "Overall the place was clean and nice. Close to the subway. The stair climb up and down was a bit of a struggle especially with luggage. Would not pick this location if you have bad knees. The area was ok, we wish we were closer to the main Nyhavn area where all the bars and restaurants are. It’s not an area we felt we could let the teens wander. The bathroom situation was ok, the drain in the main bathroom overflows and travels to the toilet/sink area so that was always pretty wet after...

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk).
