"This is a very nice beach front hotel. Popular place since 70s. Close to the city center with bus/train stations, banks/ATMs. Turtle beach also very close, we can feed the friendly sea turtles and take photos. Kids friendly beach area. "Good: The beach. The pool. The variety of dining options. The hotel though in several areas like the rooms, lifts etc could be cleaner / better maintained. The AC struggled to lower the room temp below 24C. The light in the cupboard where the safe is located would not switch off. Flushing the toilet resulted in it running for over 5 minutes. The grout on the shower enclosures could do with the occasional clean with bleach…. Not what I expected of a hotel with such high daily charges."

"Do not stay here, possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was barely functional, the glass to the balcony was majorly cracked, the bathroom barely stocked with 1 towel and a tiny piece of soap, the fridge was dirty and broken, we had wires coming out of the wall where lights were suppose to be. The food at breakfast was disgusting, I asked for a clean table and they proceeded to seat us at a dirty table without any effort to clean it and left the previous guests dirty...

"A gorgeous spot a little back from the beach (about 1km) but walkable, and easy to get tuktuks. No frills rooms that were delightful. Super friendly hosts who are very familiar with the area and can offer advice and recommendations if needed. The most fabulous breakfast selection each morning, always with variation. Would love to return and totally recommend this spot. "

"Haritha villa and spa is an extraordinary hotel. I spent 3 nights there with my wife and two children aged 13 and 11. It is set in beautiful green surroundings just 5-10 minutes from the coast. There are only 9 quite secluded villas. We stayed in the second largest one with private pool. We had half board. The food was absolutely amazing! A la carte menu with great choice and fresh sea food. There is a spa on site which look fantastic. We used the small gym there. The staff are very friendly....
