Amazing rooms, but a bit disappointing that the rooftop sunshine is not available to guests.

Do not go to this hotel. I reserve the penthouse. When I got there, they refuse to honor my reservation because I had a baby with me. I even told them that let the other people stay and I will get another room for me and the baby but they refused. They are terrible. No communication. Come to find out, the only reason they wouldn’t honor the reservation is because of our skin color. So if you are a black person, do not go there because they will cancel your appointment by the time u get there. DO NOT GO THERE.
