"What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. "

Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. "Lovely stay in The Ruskin room Good shower Fluffy towels Tea and coffee and cute bottle milk Just missing a few biscuits( cheeky) Single paned shash windows bit noisy/ cold in the bathroom/ bay window .Lovely scenery 4pm bit late for checking in and would like a 11am check out would be beneficial. "I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. I was ,however,scepital about this and proceeded to try and find accomodation myself,without success at such short notice. "Excellent base to explore the lakes and dales. We started in a 2 bedroom apartment with marina view and it had everything we needed, easy access, great facilities and an excellent pub/restaurant next door. "
