This is an efficient house, an okay neighborhood but quiet, close to downtown, and within 30 minutes of the local springs. The 3 bedrooms are small but sleep up 6 without having to unfold a sofa bed. The water was very hot and great pressure. The TVs were also nice and the AC cooled well in the summer heat. Where we found this house to be lacking was mostly in the kitchen. No dishwasher, ridiculous for 5 people and the load of dishes that added up every day. No regular drip coffee maker, only a Keurig machine but not a single coffee pod to at least get started. We had cans of coffee but I had to go out and buy pods, none of which was mentioned in the listing. There was very little silverware, we had to share, but the owner did have some brought to the house the next day, as well as a folding chair for the fifth guest. The master bedroom was nice, sticky door and all, but the bed was tiny! There was room for a king bed, but that bed they listed as a queen did not seem to be 60" wide, it felt more like a full. The mattresses were comfortable, There were also very few hangers for our clothes, I forgot to ask for more. In summary, this is a nice house for the typical purpose people rent in High Springs, it just needs those things added to make the stay easier.
