The water in this part of Florida stays at a constant 72 degrees year-round and is perfect for scuba diving, cave diving, tubing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. In the wintertime, the manatees will swim up the Santa Fe to stay warm in these natural springs!

When you're not eating at the house, treat yourself to a delicious dinner in Gainesville located just 20 miles away! Gainesville is home to the University of Florida and plenty of fun college games at the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Gainesville is also a great spot to get some shopping done or go antiquing.
