*Please cover couches and chairs if you have pets or small children. Covers will be in the cabinets by the fireplace.
*Pet fee is $50 per pet. You can pay via an App (inquire which apps are available) or leave the cash on the coffee table.
*No Fish Cleaning of any kind is allowed inside or outside of the property. No disposing of fish carcasses ect in outdoor garbage can. Please clean your fish at the lake. Dispose of any fish cleaning remainders prior to coming to property.
