"I was in attendance of a seminar. I stayed overnight since the commute home was over an hour: plus I arrived in Aomori (to participate in training) after working the midnight shift. Parking was easy & the process was smooth. A Lawsons with international ATM was attached to the building. "

"The staff are attentive, helpful and well co-ordinated. Offers surprisingly great western style breakfast, you will get something like freshly prepared Egg Benedict, a machine that makes fresh pancakes, you can make your own fresh orange juice with the juicer just by loading the oranges of your choice. What can be improved? It would be nice to have 4 pillows for a double room instead of the current 2pcs. A bigger safe box in the room. Add-on coin laundry facility will make it great!"

"The hotel is very close to the Shinkansen station which makes it very handy to stay and do day trips on the local line. I went to hirosaki castle cherry blossom festival easily from here. One train and one bus it was quite easy going . Breakfast was better than I expected. The elevators are quick and efficient. The bath is tiny. All up an easy stay and reasonable value for money "

"Basic hotel with good service and some nice pampering items such has face masks and individual pillows to you specific specification. Great laundry facilities too. "

"It was a most pleasant stay in my trip. Clean and good location. Breakfast was excellent. Hot spring in the middle of the city and on the top of the hotel, looking at the beautiful view of Aomori port with the cruise ship lit up at night. There were complimentary strawberry jelly in the fridge in the room. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again. "

"Hotel is a 17 min walk away from Aomori station, not as close as you’d like but it’s actually a pleasant walk down the main shopping Shinmachi street. It’s also very close the Airport bus stop for ease of access to airport. Rooms are ok, big enough to lay out luggage, and laundry facilities are good (detergent is provided). Coffee is free most of the day and there are nice amenities available. Staff is friendly as well. The breakfast (at ¥1000) is not that great, nor is there good variety. Overall stay was a good value."
