Staff were nice enough, but most were new and weren't able to do basic things without a manager. Managers we're completely unresponsive to us. They seem to have a big problem with Expedia. We were told we had to pay for parking because we didn't reserve with the hotel directly. Then we got double charged for the room after checking out because they couldn't bill it to Expedia. Many customer service attempts later no progress has been made. We were humiliated when the staff said we couldn't leave because Expedia's mode of payment declined, and are still stuck in the middle of both parties' refusal to cooperate. Very bad experience!

From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the most amazing manager at the desk, Dallas, I knew it was going to be a comfortable stay. He went above tge call of duty making us feel at home. The Bistro at the Hotel was incredible. The courtyard where we could eat our dinner was like being at a beautiful island. And the best was the room. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. After driving 5 hours it was so refreshing and relaxing to be a part of this beautiful environment.

Staff horrible. Went to take a nice hot shower after traveling for 11 hours only to see blood all over a shower bar in the shower. Restaurant was closed . Cold old coffee in the lobby in the morning . Getting stuff out of my car in the parking lot and a car rolling up to me asking me for money . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Never again
