Come and enjoy the beautiful north Georgia mountains!

I would like to invite you to stay in my cabin located in the beautiful North Ga. Mountains. This location is surrounded by the beautiful outdoors with a pond in front with two fresh clean mountain springs flowing into it. It has a screened in front porch with an outdoor cabaña by the pond for some much needed relaxing with family and friends. This cabin has some of the best the North Ga Mountains can offer. With a firepit to roast marshmallows with your children while having a beverage at the bar located only a few steps away. The interior has 2 bedrooms with each having their own bathrooms. The family room offers a pullout couch which is perfect for the little ones. Upon entrance you'll be greeted into the play area with a foosball table. Stepping up into the family room you'll notice the new fireplace just recently installed. This keeps the cabin very cozy on those chilly nights. On the left and into the kitchen there are all new stainless appliances with a K Cup coffee dispenser. Morning cups on the screened in front porch while listening to the flow of mountain water into the pond will both relax and energize you for the day's adventures. In case you didn't know, the cabin is located 3 miles (as the crow flies) to Bald Mountain, the highest peak in Georgia. There's a town about 30-40 minutes away called Helen, Ga. It's Bavarian architecture makes it a very popular spot for window shopping, tube floating down the river that runs through the middle of town, the Ga. Mountain Coaster, trout fishing and golf. Not to mention Octoberfest.
So come to the cabin, relax and have a great time.

GREAT LAST MINUTE GETAWAY
From the first email, answered promptly despite Philip being out of country for work, to the comfort and central location of the cabin it was perfect. Mr. Philip was easy to reach and ready with anything we may have needed, not that we needed anything. There is plenty to do in the area, white water rafting a must do, horseback riding, a visit to Helen GA a winery or two, or just chill by the fire pit. The cabin was very clean and tucked away behind a pond that actually had fish in it but no fishing allowed. Dog friendly a plus. Plenty of kitchen items for preparing delicious meals in the cabin, or if you prefer, some great restaurants near the lake. We are already planning a return visit.

Fantastic slice of heaven
This property is magic. We sat by the pond all day, and had fires at night. The pond is full of giant tadpoles and tiny fish. The gazebo are is great when the sun is too much, or during a storm. The AC in side is fantastic—it feels great after being out by the pond all day! Each bedroom is a master suite, and the showers have very hot water—it just takes a few minutes to warm up, but is worth the wait! We cooked steaks on the grill, and breakfasts in the fully stocked kitchen. This is my third stay at this location, and I intend to be back soon!

Rusic setting with modern conveniences
The property sits in a quiet neighborhood in a remote valley surrounded by a beautiful range of mountains. The screened deck overlooks a spring fed pond, and we enjoyed listening to the frogs in the cool of the evening. When you step outside you get the feeling of being in a cabin in the middle of the woods, but back inside there are new appliances and high speed internet. The kitchen has all the right tools and the furniture is comfortable. The cabin was spotlessly clean, which can be hard to find in a pet friendly rental. The owner was quick to communicate whenever we had a question. Overall we had a great visit and left feeling rested and relaxed.

Cute cabin!
We enjoyed our stay at the Wolf Pond Cabin, it was the perfect weekend get away for our family. Phil our host was great he was very prompt and kept us informed! He was so kind and generous to our family. We built a campfire at night and enjoyed our coffee by the pond in the morning, listening to the natural springs filling was so relaxing. Wished we could've stayed longer!

Beautiful property, great convenient location. Loved the pond and dock, the fire pit and huge screened in porch were a nice plus too! Private and clean, stocked with everything that we needed ! Great cabin!
Loved the close proximity to Hiawassee and Helen. Very close to the lake also. The cabin was so cute! Excellent appliances in the kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with. (We didn't have any issues with the cabin, just basic communication) We would love to come back again.

Small things will improve this property
There was absolutely no privacy. The renters at the cabin behind us were on the property often. There is no cell service which can be fixed with a cell booster. There was only one tv and one window ac unit. The shower on the left side struggled to produce hot water. There was a Keurig pod machine but there was folgers ground coffee. The kitchen sink failed to produce hot water. The foosball table was in the living room right at eye level for my little girl. And the calling fan was forehead level for me (I'm 6ft). The one good thing is the property manager is very attentive.

Cozy family getaway
We felt so cozy at Wolf Pond Cabin. Our children are 2 and 4 and they loved the adventure of the pond, trees, and just being in a new space. We ventured into town and it was a sweet area to visit and we loved coming back to 'camp' as we called it to hang out by the fire. I would suggest bringing a humidifier in the winter if you have a family member that might get dried out with propane heat like our little fella. You will love the front screened in porch!

What a comfortable home. Excellent fir friends or family .
Two grown adults two young boys and a Jack Russell. It was a very comfortable house for all of us, plenty of room. The house was very clean well kept in a quiet little neighborhood. The pond in front of the house was such a pleasure to sit back and look at. My two little boys tried catching a tad pole one slipped and fell the memory will last forever. The pond cut my little boys busy as I sat in the lanai and watch them. There’s a town right around the corner where you can buy all groceries & close to a dollar store!I highly recommend staying here, well worth the money. I can’t say enough about the owner she was amazing, answered all my questions. And I had a lot. LOL. Thank you Tonia for your hospitality. This is a little hidden gem take a vantage of it.
