"Great place, but you advertised a pool on Expedia.com then told us it was only for other people, not us. Expedia said we could have access for a fee, which I was willing to pay. Take it off the website if it’s not available for a free like you posted on the website, that’s false advertising."

"The hotel was a perfect distance from both ICN and some great walkable areas. The hotel is easily accessed from the train- only a 5 minute walk at max. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the park next door was great for a leisurely walk in the sun. "

"The rooms are built like studio apartments, very cool and chic. Adorable cafe and incredible restaurant attached to the hotel, and right outside the hotel is the subway station."

"The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."
