The property was so beautiful and it met all my family needs. I would definitely keep this property in mind for further stays. My family enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub, deck and the view was spectacular. We even set up our Cornhole board and hammock on the grass. "

"The location on the Snake River is incredible and we had an amazing time with our 3 teenage children and our parents. We enjoyed the TV area, deck, boat launch, and fire pit. The owners were prompt to respond with questions. Three things made this trip 4 instead of 5 stars. First, the mattresses and bedding were very poor (30 yr old mattresses on every bed, some old bedding, some new but very cheep bedding on other beds). "The cottage is a super cute restored farm house. To see the history in this cottage is superb. The kitchen is well stocked and was extremely impressed with all the spices available! We didn't care for the AI property manager responses but the owners live right next door and are so super sweet! There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. "

"Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while. There were cobwebs in a few places, the ceiling fans were very dirty and there was expired food in the cupboards. Hot Tub was clean but not hot, they were quick to respond and have it heated. Property description on Expedia does not indicate it is shared with the property next door if rented. We were shocked and waiting...

"This was the best place for us to stay. I have 18 month old twins and staying multiple nights in a hotel just didn’t seem fun. This house was clean, everything was easy to find. The location was quiet and off the main road which I appreciated. The host was easy to contact with any questions and even brought us farm fresh eggs! I’m not sure when we will ever be back to the area but when we are I hope we can stay there again!"
