My thoughts, my opinion!
"I stayed only one night. Greetings, was very positive, The room was clean, bed was firm. Very helpful when issues came up, no USB charging outlets. Some attention to the breakfast room, as tables needed to be wiped off."

Very close to Baylor University, almost a straight shot from hotel!!! There is a Walmart across street as well as a Cracker Barrel restaurant as well as other nice places to eat and shop very close!!!

The hotel was right next to the freeway, so there was noise, but it was extremely convenient and close to everything I needed. Food, gas, and shopping were all close at hand.
