This characterful 19th-century stone house is set in a peaceful location on the bay of La Sienne.
The house has an 86 m² enclosed garden with many plants, which is available for your private use. Relax on the 20 m² tiled terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. You can park your car in front of the entrance to the house.
This house was renovated in 2007 and has 85 m² of living space. On the ground floor there is 40 m² of living space with an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room has a television, DVD player and radio. The open fireplace provides pleasant warmth on chilly evenings. A bakery and a butcher's are located one kilometre from the holiday home. There are several supermarkets in the town of Coutances, which is around eight kilometres from the holiday home. Don't forget to sample the regional produce, which you can buy at the local weekly markets. Because of the proximity of the sea, seafood such as oysters, mussels and crabs are a must! The nearest sandy beach is four kilometres away. The River Siena is just 100 metres from the holiday home, where you can go kayaking or fishing.
Internet access is available via WLAN. There are electric radiators in all rooms. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are useful for longer stays. If you are travelling with a small child, the owner can provide a cot and high chair on request. The owner lives in the other part of the semi-detached house and will be happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations.
