"Convenient "

"Property is in north Munich near the Olympic park. A number of tram stops are nearby and in walking distance with regular links to town. The host was in touch before our stay so we knew what to expect and we were greeted very warmly upon arrival. The room was nice and clean enoigh. Found rubbish left over from previous guest in bathrppm, tap on kitchen sink was wobbly and needed repairing, baseboards could be doing with a deep clean/dust but no major issues. Housekeeping were around...

"Staying at the Pandion Boarding house was great. This was a great location if you’re attending Oktoberfest. Super close. Grocery store around the corner which made very easy to get some supplies. Definitely recommend! "

"The property was fairly easy to get to. Guests check themselves in and out. Elevators in the place felt a bit old. Rooms were a bit unsightly (e.g. the curtains by the bed had some stains)."

"Lovely place. Only knocking it down a star because it advertised a "full-sized fridge and freezer" -- it's not a full-size freezer, which is what I needed. Wording in the advertisement needs to be adjusted. Otherwise a perfect spot. "

We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. "The room was so small for 3 people. Hotel seems to be squeezed two beds in a tiny room. I think it is over priced hotel for the service. There is no one to welcome you . You get a code for doors and make your way in. I was not sure who I would call if I needed help or cleaning etc.."

"There were many positives about staying at this property. The location was close (10 min walk) to the train station and the meeting point for all of our Viator trips. It is also a pleasant 15-20 min walk to the old town city center with historical sites and shopping. There were six of of staying at the property and the living room was large enough for us to watch a movie or play card games together at night. The property manager was easily reachable by phone and very responsive - my sister...

"Nearing the end of our two week European holiday, staying in a smaller community where traffic and parking were not issues was a nice change. We were still able to visit Munich easily by taking a short drive to the train station (free parking) and heading into the city. We even changed trains to go see the Alliance Stadium. The property was beautiful and well appointed. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. In fact, they made a reservation at a local establishment on our behalf to go watch...

"The apartment is fantastic with an excellent kitchen and living room. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. The street that the apartment was on was not my favorite but with all the other pros of this location and apartment not an issue at all."

The Bahn was an easy 10 minute drive. The property was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Next time we go to Munich we will look to return to rent again. "Lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious. Easy access to everything. Would have benefitted from a few more kitchen utensils and some wine glasses and general instructions on operating the hob, heating and oven. Would definitely stay there again"
