"Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day). "

"The hotel is where it claims to be... a short walk away from Reeperbahn and a short walk from Millerntor Stadium/Heiligengeistfeld. My room was ready and was more or less what I'd expected, but the shower was very badly in need of maintenance (the shower head was not screwed on properly and many of the holes were clogged, probably with calcium deposits). There was also only one type of soap... no shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. The only bottle which had been on the sink said it was a body and...

"My family - two adults, two teens - loved everything about this hotel. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere but had easy access to the underground trains - especially good as we were on the line that took us directly from the airport within 30 minutes. Great service at breakfast, very helpful reception staff. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. "The room design is different, we liked it. We had a lovely garden view. We stayed on weeknights and the club/bar area was quiet. The days were very warm the last week of August, and the AC was adequate. Apparently most accommodations don't have AC, so we felt lucky. We walked everywhere from our hotel to see the sights. Train station close enough to walk, but Uber was easier! The location was ideal for us."

"Lovely hotel. Staff are welcoming and accommodating, clean and lovely services. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is, however food was good. Cleaners did a great job each day. Luggage kept secure when checking out"
