Balcony

Excellent location with direct beach/water views. Absolutely no privacy on shared balcony divided only by a see-through mesh screen. Cigarette smoke from next door made it impossible to sit outside. Had to stay indoors with door shut at times.An exhaust fan in the bathroom/toilet would be of benefit.
