We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. "Overall, this was OK value for the area. The hotel managers were very nice and friendly, and the property was quite clean. I was not impressed with the beds, which I feel should have been upgraded years ago, or the lack of WI-FI in rooms. A lot of things like A/C, use of refrigerator, and airport transfer are charged apart from the hotels.com rate, so factor that in when booking. I'd probably return here but would request a deluxe room with new furniture."
