Good stay
Location was great! We appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the parks. We were accommodated well by Fenicci’s for dinner and it was good food. The apartment was decent for one night but it’s obviously a very old building with old fixtures and furnishings.

we enjoyed our stay at Hershey Kiss 2 Bedroom. very clean. the owners were very nice and treated us great. the only negative was the walk to the park was more like 30 minutes instead of 10. other than that, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
Our family had a great experience at this property. The apartment was newly renovated and clean. Very spacious for our family of two adults and two toddlers. Easily would fit 4 children comfortably. Very convenient to the Hershey park attractions. The apartment is over a restaurant which was delicious and hospitable. It was quiet and very comfortable. Our interactions with Kveta, Karla, and Josh were great, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We definitely plan to return.

Wonderful hosts & great apartment!
Phil and Kveta were incredible hosts. We loved this apartment - it was perfect for our family of two adults, three kids. The kids loved the bunk beds. The apartment is newly renovated, with brand-new bedding, towels, dishes, etc. Breakfast at Phillip Arthur's Cafe next door was delicious, and we had dinner both nights at Fenicci's downstairs, followed by ice cream sundaes at Phillip Arthur's. Phil and Kveta gave us helpful suggestions about our time in Hershey and shared information about the history of the town. They were extremely responsive when we had questions or requests. Hershey is a great town with lots to do, and staying at Phil and Kveta's made it a perfect weekend!

What a great place! We only stayed one night but it was a MUCH better and cheaper alternative to a hotel. There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers traveling and we all love the apartment. It was roomier than we expected, clean, and in a great location in town. They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond by taking our cooler the morning of check in, keeping our items refrigerated, then putting all of the items in our apartments refrigerator. We were taken back! We loved having the kitchen which allowed us to save some money on eating out and allowed us to play cards and gather. I would highly recommend this adorable, roomy 3rd floor apartment in close driving distance to Hershey park.

Great apartment and great host. The property is directly across from the park.
This is a great apartment to stay at if you're visiting or stopping by to visit the area or Hershey park. The place is ideal for families or large party, as there are several bunk beds, 2 couches, and 1 queen size bed. The host, Phil, was great and very communicative during the booking process and afterwards. He was flexible with the accommodations and checked in on us from time to time. It was pleasure to talk to him whenever we did run into him. Plus, he is the owner of two nearby restaurants, Fenicci's and Phillips Authur. One is a classy Italian Restaurant and the other is a homely dinner. And will give you a small discount if you do dine dine at his restaurants. My friends and I ate at Phillips Authur for breakfast and thought it was delicious. We regret not dining at Fenicci's the night before. But we vouch to do so when we make a return trip. If the apartment is avaliable again, we would definitely stay at Phil's apartment.

Convenient Hershey Park vacation rental
This apartment is a convenient 5 minute drive to Hershey Park. You could probably walk but with three kids we opted not to do that. Our three children 14, 9, and 7 and my husband and I fit easily into this apartment. The layout is nice for families with the bedrooms being on opposite ends of each other. It was simply, but well equipped. For those with children, the apartment has one TV and only subscription services (no cable). There is a ROKU service. We watched Netflix and Amazon Prime the few hours we were actually in the apartment with down time. The wifi worked well, so the kids got their daily fill of youtube on their various tablets. The beds are comfy. The linens, towels, and cooking supplies were all nice. The apartment was extremely CLEAN. Even my teenager commented on this. We almost always use VRBO type rentals and she was the first to point out the cleanliness and I agree. Whoever cleans the apartment should get a pat on the back. The rental is located above a restaurant. You enter and exit through the restaurant and or a side door through the patio. There appeared to be longtime renters there too in other apartments, but we never saw or heard them. We enjoyed being above a restaurant as my child was old enough to watch her brother and sister while we walked downstairs for a good food and drinks for happy hour. The rental was quiet and we were never bothered by being above a restaurant. FYI, the building (like lots and lots of small towns in PA) is OLD. The staircases are narrow. I can see this being a bit difficult for elderly or anyone with difficulties with stairs. You wouldn't get a stroller up the stairs very easily, but the owners are so accommodating that they would probably find a place for you to store it :) One other thing I want to mention is that you are staying in an old building. While the appliances and bathrooms/windows are modern, the structure is old. Expect that, but don't let it stop you from renting. There was very little (and confusing) off street parking. We easily parked on the street each day, but did have to move our car by 10 am every morning to avoid a ticket. This wasn't a big deal for us, but if you stay ask the owner to clarify the parking. The owner asked what additions I would make to the rental and was open and thankful for the recommendation. I would give this rental 4.5 stars if there was an option. We overall enjoyed our stay and was happy with our choice as we drove away. Thank you!

Following a day at the park, this place was perfect. Clean and quiet. Greeted with a bottle of wine and candy bars. 3 adults and 3 children who just needed a place to lay their heads for the night.

Perfect for Hershey park
Thank you for accommodating our last minute booking. Traveling with teenagers we are always looking for extra beds and room to spread out. It was a quick and easy drive to the park and since we come up for bears games often we would definitely stay again and hopefully get to eat in the restaurant next time.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were so close to Hershey Park and I was delighted to spy the chocolate kiss lights and even some of the rides from our windows. The space was very comfortable for a family. Lots of room to spread out. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location great experience
We stayed here overnight for a short trip to Hershey. It was so convenient! Such a fun property. Location was just 5 minutes from the park. But being on top of the restaurant was great! We ordered dinner from there and it was so good! The house had ample room for my family of 4. We would stay here again - matter of fact we already booked to come back during the holiday season!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway
Once a year my girlfriends and I come together to catch up and relax. This place was a perfect little getaway. It's located above a wonderful restaurant where the staff is friendly and the food is excellent. We went to a concert at Giant Center which was a quick 10 minute drive and really enjoyed the Hershey Story museum across the street and relaxing around the kitchen table catching up. Checking in and out was easy and contactless. I would highly recommend this lovely comfortable place.

Perfect location!
This was a great location right in downtown and very walkable to Hersheypark stadium. The apartment was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for three adults. I would definitely stay here again!

I was expecting a fun unique experience at this place located in the downtown area of Hershey. However what I got was an apartment that was rundown and leaning. Seriously leaning! When you went to the restroom you had to brace yourself or you would fall off the toilet!

A Stay in the Kiss Room
It was an adequate stay. Not one of our favorite experiences. Though the apartment was fine, access thru the very old building wasn't very desirable.

Great place
Comfortable and convenient stay close to the park, great food, and other venues. Fit all 6 of us comfortably. Hostess who greated us was friendly and helpful. Staff at the restaurant was great and food was well worth it for both dinner and breakfast next door. Will definitely stay here again for future lax tournaments or visits to the park.

Excellent!
Customer service is a dying thing but we were made to feel like old family (without the bickering). Our stay was perfect. The unit sits above a long time Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a superb dinner and some of the best cocktails EVER! Our server, Alexis, was PERFECT. She embodies what a good server should aspire to be with a great sense of humor KNOWING her guests. The apartment worked was clean and was fine for our short stay. We look forward to visiting again and again!
