"Der Weg zum Haus ist super vom Vermieter beschrieben und sehr abenteuerlich. Das Haus steht in absoluter Alleinlage am Waldrand und direkt vor dem Haus beginnen die Weinfelder. Traumhaft schön. Die kleine Auffahrt direkt zum Haus (ca. 50m) ist sehr steil. Vom Parkplatz vor dem Haus geht es ca. 50 Stufen durch den Garten zum Gebäude. Das Außengelände und der Garten könnten etwas mehr liebe vertragen. Oben gibt es eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf Offenburg....

"The best gite we’ve stayed in, with lots of lovely small touches. If we were really picky the pool could be a touch bigger, and there would be seating outside rather than on a covered terrace (which was hot in the heatwave we experienced). But this place comes highly recommended! The wine couldn’t be more local, and the owners Richard and Monique and their family can’t do enough for you!"

"The whole family loved our stay in this beautiful property. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and decorated with great attention to detail (even down to a friendly resident squirrel!). We loved the barbeque, the jacuzzi, the pool table and the garden. Some lovely Black Forest walks are right on the doorstep. Markus and Katja were very friendly and easy to deal with. We could have stayed a lot longer - and would love to come back in colder weather to make use of the sauna and fire hut!"
