"The place is fantastic!!! Our extended family of 11 had ample space and fun amenities to make our holiday trip unbelievable.... even with a few hiccups (some caused by me), the owner was super responsive and got us all set up for a fun family vacation. We are already planning our next trip there!"

"Very spacious and well appointed residence for any occasion whether a large gathering or small family get away. The location cannot be beat with peaceful and tranquil views from the deck or walk along the bay to a short drive to amazing dining and shopping in Sandpoint. We stayed for Christmas and went skiing and snowmobiling. We are now booked for summer fun in August and cannot wait!"

"Our two hosts Dan & Tracy were wonderful hosts. They communicated well and provided helpful information prior to our arrival. The property was in a very secluded area which was nice for our dog and he loved that he could run through the property. It was quiet, relaxing very peaceful waking up to the deer walking in the yard. We would rate this place higher than 5 star and would definitely love to come back and stay again. "

"This holiday house is wonderful. The large deck with amazing views can't be beat. Nice to have a sandy beach for our toddler to play and also below the sea wall the water is out a bit so as to leave room to walk and play on the dry rocks or in the shallow water where the waves gently roll in. The dock is very long with seating and umbrella at the end to while away the hours. Room on one side of the dock to easily bring our kayaks up onto the grassy shore. The house was immaculately clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, spices, storage containers, plasticwrap, foil etc. Plenty of room for us to spread out but we all seemed to gather on the deck or dock. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. Dave and Linda are the perfect hosts. They responded quickly to all questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Home was clean and well equipped and enjoyed my multiple stays. A couple items when I was there, maybe they've been fixed... Propane burners need maintenance and front door leaked water. "

"The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. A quite relaxing mountain getaway. We had plenty of space for 3 adults. Our host, Ethan was available within minutes of us contacting him. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend his cabin. We will be back. Thanks Ethan"
