Second time wasn’t the charm
This was my second time in two weeks renting with pure voyage, facilitated by a rep named Jay. No idea what switched up or happened. The first stay earlier this month went well and fired on all cylinders… this time around not so much, I honestly wonder if it was even the same representative. The incongruence began with a lack of communication from the time of booking, until check in. Long story short I ended up checking in at 8pm after being “ghosted” by Jay and had to involve VRBO’s customer service reps to help get ahold of them. Jay then told me a parking pass should be in a cabinet in the kitchen, there wasn’t one there, only pool passes. I needed the temporary housing while being in town for an orientation at a nearby hospital and was virtually busy for 18-24hours at a time and Jay was sparingly communicative.
