Even Shutters on the bottoms of the side. The place was equipped except for a cutting board and coasters. The owners are very close by and to access the water you have to walk in front of their house. a little awkward. "

"We stayed here while settling our son into Bowdoin. It’s a very comfortable house, and you can’t beat the location. It’s within walking distance to almost everything. The house is exactly as listed and very clean. Yes, the stairs are steep, but I think this is a characteristic of homes in the area. "

"This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

"The house is beautiful, comfortable and was pristine when we checked in. Decks and screened porch are wonderful. The kids loved the 3rd floor bedroom space, and it was fabulous being so close to Popham Beach. Definitely recommend. Kitchen on 2nd floor ... so have some strong helpers to bring in groceries ;)"
