Newly built Split Level home. Main floor features open kitchen and living room area with a half bath off the kitchen. Also, one bedroom with private bathroom. Lower lever features two more Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows after a long day exploring. Also on lower level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
This home is close to everything. Located in the Historic district.

Wonderful wineries weekend
The house was so inviting and beautifully updated! It was a short walk away from all of the bars and shops downtown and the Trolley picked you up right outside which was fantastic!! We had such a fun birthday weekend and the house and amenities made the stay that much better!

This place is clean and supplied well. Very stylishly decorated. close to shops and restaurants. Trolley pick you right up at the door. We had no issues whatsoever highly recommended, would stay there again

The house is newly decorated/renovated. There is a lot of room, 3 large bedrooms and common space and a large kitchen. Very clean and within easy walking distance from Hermann downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

We can't say enough about how great this place was! From the host being amazing with every communication to the place being even more than what we expected! It was beautiful in the pictures but just stunning in person! Immaculate, bright & so comfortable! This host and this place will definitely be our go-to anytime we're in Hermann! Our favorite house in Hermann. We love staying here! this house is SO SPACIOUS and has everything you need! The location is walking distance to EVERYTHING! The hosts are great and the house is always so clean and the linens are fabulous! Thank you for having us again!

It was the perfect stay. It was very clean. Street parking was just fine. Three master bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional 4th bathroom. Even the pull out couch mattress was comfortable. Thank you again for the great accommodations for our weekend away❤️

Perfect!
We were staying in Herman to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. While looking for a VRBO many of them were very nice but only had one bathroom which makes it difficult when getting ready for rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath home was perfect for all of us! This VRBO was updated, clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Girls Getaway
We stayed at this lovely property for a birthday getaway! We had a group of 6 and this house was perfect! We ultimately chose this property due to the number of beds/baths (3.5 baths!) and because it is close to everything. The trolley will pick you up right in front! We loved the large kitchen table and patio in back. I would recommend this house for your next Hermann trip! The requirements before leaving were also fair and reasonable!

Process was easy. Great location. Floor plan ideal for 3 couple stay. Would be great if the sidewalk was finished on the property. A lot of stairs to get in, anyone with mobility issues would not work. King size beds and a little more noise reduction would make the place perfect.

Great weekend away with family
This house is within walking distance of many shops, bars, and restaurants. House is very nice and spacious. We had 6 adults staying (3 coupes). Love that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Cute backyard outdoor space. There are a lot of steps leading up to the property and it is split level, so indoor steps as well- someone with mobility issues may not do well here, but thankfully we didn’t have that problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Gem of a House
We stayed at this house for my friends bachelorette party weekend. It was such a wonderful find and the house is spectacular. All bedrooms have closet space and their own bathroom with a large walk in shower as well as double sinks. We loved this a lot since we all had to get ready. The house also comes with everything you need. It is centrally located so we walked to several local bars that were nearby. It is a fantastic house and if we go back again we will book this place again.
