A Stunning Home, newly constructed & furnished

A new construction whole house rental with four bedrooms each having its own private bathroom with shower. Everything is brand new from the furnishings , decorations, to the appliances. In a quiet neighborhood approximately one mile from downtown. Have a larger party rent the property next door and enjoy the amenities of both places. A security device covers the parking area and yes, the trolley will pick you up out front. If you want something that’s clean and new, this is for you. Just opened October 2021

Valentine weekend with Friends
Very nice, clean, and cozy! We enjoyed the ability to relax in the living room together, as well as the kitchen. We were even able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Great atmosphere!

Loved Wine Down!
The house was perfect for what we needed, very clean, enough space and chairs for eight adults to hangout in. The rooms were basically on either side/ corner of the living space, so it wasn’t a huge place, but it was great for a short weekend getaway with family. Would stay again!

Great Property
We really enjoyed our stay at the Wine Down guest house. We had 4 couples and the accommodations were perfect for us. Our hosts had thought of everything that a guest could ever need during a stay. We will be back!

Great house in Hermann
We loved this house. The best part is having a bathroom for each bedroom! The house was clean and updated. It was close to many of the places we visited while in Hermann. Would definitely recommend!

Family Weekend
Our stay was fantastic - great accommodations for all four couples! Beds were comfortable and private bathrooms for everyone is a unique find. We ate quite a few of our meals at the house and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessities and we enjoyed gathering on the front porch. Location was quiet and close to downtown and several wineries. Bart's timely response to our questions was much appreciated. Would highly recommend!
