Most importantly the staff weee so happy & friendly - they seemed to work non stop but just made it feel very special."

"Great location; there’s a tram 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. my room was big, very clean with a large TV. But no phone and no safebox in the room, Breakfast is typical continental buffet. Staff, especially Yanni k and Christian m, were very helpful. Caveat: Uber point of pick up can be problematic. Don’t use basement drop-off as pick up area; walk outside into the front near the stores adjacent to the hotel and use that as pick up area when you order UBER. "
