"This place is in a great location for accessing the city centre, university, and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The room is in need of a little TLC and a spruce up, but overall a great stay. "

"This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. "Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "
