"This lovely waterfront condo is perfect in every way. You can’t beat the view of the Marina! We enjoyed watching the boat activity. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The bed and living room furniture were super comfortable. The location made it easy to get around Nanaimo. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The unit is located on the first floor corner unit of a 3 or 4 story condo project. Parking is right out front. Private covered deck c/w gas BBQ. Didn't have a chance to use either as weather was not great. Full kitchen. There is a good walk in shower and tub. 2 full baths. Unit was clean and access was via lockbox. Unit is about 15 minutes from the middle of town, Turn left go 5 minutes make a right and 7 or 8 minutes down the road is the centre of town. Quiet location. Lovely wooded setting....

Our only major cons about the property is that the kitchen is quite small and would be difficult to truly cook a family meal with the size of the appliances and sink (There is also no freezer or microwave). The wifi was not the strongest and would cut out at times. Thankfully it would come back relatively quickly, but it would disrupt the TV connection and we were forced to use a hotspot from time to time. Besides that we did have a great stay and would...

"The condo is beautifully appointed with large windows that look over Yellow Point Cove. A park next door gets a least one blue heron a day. The outdoor seating is very nice. It can be a little noisy as it is right over the pool but the pool area closes at dusk and people respected that quiet time. Coin-operated laundry can also be done online so that was convenient."

"Ryan's home is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone. It is close to the main street in Ladysmith and a short walk to Transfer Beach. Ryan is always quick to respond to any messages."

"Popped over to Nanaimo for a quick weekend away. This property was close to both the ferry and downtown, easy to find and all set up ready to go! The balcony and the beautiful view were an extra bonus! We will look for it again next time we make it to Nanaimo!"

"This property is tucked away on Cow Bay, and provides an ocean bay setting in a very quiet environment. The only downside was we were not able to bring our border collie with us, as he exceeded the size limit for the house. Hiking is a bit tricky, as you have to either drive to a trailhead, or walk quite a ways down the road. The trail to Genoa Bay is apparently blocked by a homeowner - we did not verify this. But the place is lovely!"

"West coast at it finest! Everything you want from a waterfront location and more. we saw whales, otters, seals eagles and more . Kayaking out our front door and swimming in the pool and hot tub later on. BBQ and play lawn games available too, do everything or nothing choice is yours. Accommodation extremely comfortable and well supplied and the host is friendly , has excellent communication and very accommodating."

"Though it was too early in the season for us to use the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids explored the shore for shells and had a great time in the playground. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved waking up to the ocean view - seeing seals and other wildlife. Overall, it was a very pleasurable stay and we would definitely come again!"
