"Beautiful area and next to the Royal Mile"

"Everything was perfect and an incredible location. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Only issue in our place was the washer dryer combo was useless. Wasted a lot of time with that process. This is no reflection of the overall company. "

"This is a comfortable hotel and the staff was very accommodating. We stayed for an overnight since we had an early flight the next day. We could actually walk over tot he airport (right across the street) and save ourselves the taxi fare. The airport taxi people failed to inform us how close it was and made us pay for a taxi (13.50 GDP) for literally a 2 minute ride. The breakfast was pretty good also, but I think it was cheaper to pay there instead of booking it with the room."
