This 45 sqm 2 room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and is suitable for 2 people. The spacious living room in east orientation accommodates a comfortable seating area with sleeping function (lying area 150 x 200) for one more person. Flat TV and radio are of course. In the light-flooded loggia, from here you can see the Baltic Sea, invites a dining area for meals together. The fitted kitchen including 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc. is integrated in the living room. The bedroom, also with lake view, is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) a dressing table and enough closet space. The bathroom is equipped with shower and sink / WC. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and bike storage room can be found in the basement.   Important note: *** We would like to point out to our guests that from September 2018 the Delbrückstraße in the section Eichenweg up to and including Neuer Weg will be renovated. With noise and restrictions on the house is expected. The access to the object will be done by a modified traffic guidance. Should this access also be temporarily closed, alternative parking spaces within a radius of about 1 km are available. ***
