For your car is a free parking space in the underground car park available, the apartment is accessible by lift directly from the underground car park. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for use in the basement.

The comfortable 2-room non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace to the east side. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a living room with comfortable seating, TV, radio with CD player and a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, crockery u. V. M. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Two wheels are provided free of charge by the landlord, for damage or loss no liability is assumed by the owner, in case of damage, please have the wheels repaired by the resident companies.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
