The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in quiet location with adjoining road. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive apartments and three high quality holiday bungalows. From the driveway with sufficient parking spaces branches off to the right hand of the children's playground and a barbecue area.
In front of the main entrance there is a shared lounge for quiet evening hours.
The villa has a sauna and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The washing machine and the dryer can be used for a fee (coin machine).
The Sonnenblick apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa, and has a south-facing balcony. The Maritim-style living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace. A fireplace invites you to spend cozy evenings.
Floor-deep window elements ensure a friendly indoor climate. Two bedrooms with TV facilities provide enough space for up to 4 people.
The apartment invites especially families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea holiday.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon. Blick in schöne Grünanlage. Strand ist rd. 1,0-1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar. Falls es mal doch nicht zum Strand geht, dann sind in jedem Zimmer eigene TV‘s vorhanden (je einer in den Schlafzimmern und einer im Wohnzimmer). Leider sind die Kissen sehr hart und die Pfannen unter dem Kühlschrank versteckt (wir haben Sie am letzten Tag gefunden und daher eine neue gekauft). Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Zwar liegt die Unterkunft etwas abseits der Strandpromenade in Heringsdorf, aber das Haus selbst bietet modernen Komfort mit einer praktischen Sauna im Keller. Unsere Wohnung hatte sogar einen Kamin, den wir im Sommer aber nicht genutzt haben - wäre daher etwas für die kälteren Monate im Jahr. Die Schlafzimmer hatten Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, die auch sehr nützlich in der wald- und wiesenreichen Umgebung sind. Allerdings fehlt eine Radio-/Stereo-/MP3-Anlage und das W-Lan ist auch nicht besonders stabil. Die Netzabdeckung ist aber insgesamt in der Mecklenburgischen Ostseeregion äußerst schwach.
