Damaris 6:
This tasteful and very high quality furnished 45 sqm 2-room apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and suitable for 2 to 4 people. The bright living room has a comfortable sitting room (with sleep function 160 x 200), flat screen TV, radio and a dining area for up to 4 persons equipped. The open also integrated in the living area kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge etc.. The walk from the living room balcony in easterly direction attracts guests at breakfast outside. The bright bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), wardrobe and a second TV. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin / WC available and plenty of storage space. A parking space is located at the house and is assigned to the apartment.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level. Especially at peak times, when almost all holidaymakers send their pictures and news home or to the social networks, it regularly comes to failures.

Built in villa style in 2002, the newly built Damaris Villa seamlessly joins a chain of historic villas that reflect the elegance and charm of the Wilhelminian era. To promenade and the golden sandy beach is only a few meters. Take a stroll along the promenade or the beach you reach the pier and the center of Heringsdorf. The same applies to a large number of shops and restaurants. The apartments are modern and individually furnished, very comfortably furnished and have balconies or terraces.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. Ferienwohnung im Haus Damaris
Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Knapp 500m zum Strand. Alles ist auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Therme sehr schön, aber dann auch recht voll. Zu der Zeit wo wir da waren, gab es eine größere Mückenplage durch das Regenwetter der letzten Wochen. Selbst die Einheimischen kannten sowas nicht. Bei uns hat Mückenspray ganz gut geholfen. Das Kaiserbad Heringsdorf ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Wir würden immer wieder hier her kommen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage, nur 5 Minuten zum Wasser. Sie war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war ein super Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Teflonpfannen, die waren durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch nicht zu gebrauchen. Es gab aber leider nur einen Metall-Pfannenwender...🤷 Wir haben daher eine neue Pfanne und eine Kunststoff-Pfannenwender gekauft, diese aber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgenommen.

Die Lage und Betreuung war sehr gut.
Das Objekt ist gut. Leider hatte ich einen Parkplatz mit einer extrem Schräglage. Ich hatte mit Hund gebucht. Dies wurde durch FEWO Direkt nicht weitergegeben. So musste ich nochmal extra nachzahlen.

Ausstattung und Zustand der Ferienwohnung sind super. Auch der Herd fehlende Herd ist kein Problem. Was allerdings sehr störend für einen ist, der unkonstante Wasserdruck. Auch warmes Wasser war nicht immer vorhanden. Bitte an dieser Sache dringend arbeiten!

schöne moderene Wohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einzig Zufahrt und Parkplatz sind verbesserungswürdig. Der Hund unserer Nachbarn war auch einige Male unerwünscht auf unserem Balkon, da der gemeinsam Balkon in der Mitte durchlässig ist.

Bis auf kleine Mängel- sehr zufrieden
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Alle Geräte waren voll funktionsfähig und auch sonst war alles neu renoviert. Leider gab es in der Küche keinen Backofen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Gebäude und wird gerade noch gebaut. Bei voller Auslastung erscheint er jedoch sehr klein. Zum Strand benötigt man nur wenige Gehminuten.
