Chalet Sviv is in a wonderfully quiet location, slightly above the village. With its comfortable bedrooms, the house offers enough space for a large party. You can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and start beautiful walks straight from the chalet.

The village is located above the Rhone valley, at an altitude of 1050 metres. The centre is 3 km away, and you can go there for your shopping needs. The ski lift is just 200 m from the accommodation.

In this chalet you will enjoy all the luxury you want, thanks to the hot tub and sauna. You have access to a small garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a balcony. In the house you have access to a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a high chair and cot available. Wood for the stove can be bought on site.

Is your arrival time different from the time indicated on the voucher? We kindly ask you to inform the owner at least 2 days before arrival.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wat een geweldige vakantie. Na jaren weer terug in Zwitserland en dan rijdt je een berg op waarbij je even denkt: oeps dat is hoog... de laatste bocht en daar ligt een droomhuis waar bij binnenkomst alles keurig is een je een uitzicht hebt waardoor je nauwelijks nog weg hoeft te gaan. Dit worden 10 dagen van genieten en bijtanken zodat we er weer een jaar hard tegenaan kunnen. Misschien maar nu al vastleggen voor bij leven en welzijn 2024!

Schitterend huisje op fantastische rustige locatie, mooi uitzicht. Practisch ingericht met alle voorzieningen . Kleine minpuntjes, wifi is zichtbaar op telefoon maar werkt niet en linnen-pakket is nogal karig voor een verblijf van 5dagen/4nachten, 2 grotere en 2 kleine handdoeken voor 2 personen is te weinig.

Ce chalet est bien pensé et fonctionnel. L'équipement a un peu vécu et un peu plus d'entretien serait le bienvenu. Rien de tout cela n'a gâché notre séjour.

Wij zijn na twee weekjes verblijf in chalet Sviv nog steeds onder de indruk van het gewéldige uitzicht. Elke dag als we 's morgens de luiken openden was het prachtig weer en keken we vanuit onze slaapkamers op oa de Matterhorn; heel bijzonder! De bereikbaarheid van de woning met de auto is redelijk goed, reken wel op een klein half uurtje klimmen vanaf Sion. De staat van de woning is netjes; ruime kamers, goed sanitair met krachtige douches. Helaas was de woning niet erg schoon bij aankomst. Het rook muf en er waren veel vliegen en andere insecten. Echter als je alert bent en de deuren goed dicht houd heb je daar verder niet zoveel last van. We hebben genoten van de vele mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving zoals met de stoeltjeslift richting Thyon 2000, maar vaak moet je wel een klein uurtje rijden om bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Maar al met al; een echte aanrader voor gezinnen die van avontuur houden!

Het huis ligt echt prachtig, een zeer fijn locatie en een fantastisch uitzicht. Sion is vlakbij en de 4 valleien zijn dichtbij. Het huis is prettig ruim, op zich goed uitgerust maar helaas niet schoon. We zijn er twee keer geweest en vooral de tweede keer was het niet in orde. Ook is het meubilair versleten en functioneerden een aantal zaken niet. als dit in orde zou zijn is dit huis een topper.

Huis was bij aankomst niet makkelijk te vinden, maar de locatie en uitzicht is schitterend. Het huis is goed en ruim. Het wordt wel tijd voor herstelwerk aan het dak ( diverse lekkages bij flinke regenbui ), het slot van de schuifdeur is half gebroken en daardoor erg makkelijk te openen al zit de deur op slot vaatwasser heeft wat mankementen aan de laden en daardoor niet goed in te pakken van de magnetron vallen wat onderdelen af. Het bubbelbad gaf bij het eerste gebruik wel erg veel troep omhoog en daarom hebben we deze maar een keer gebruikt. Goede reinigingsbeurt is wel nodig. Er was 1 ruimte ( berging bij keukendeur ) niet te openen, omdat we geen sleutel hadden. Bij navraag bij Almstation bleek deze sleutel er niet te zijn??? Daardoor hadden we geen parasol, wel een voet, en geen barbecue. Ook de groepenkast was daardoor niet bereikbaar. Goede wasmachine aanwezig veel plezier van gehad. Omgeving was bijzonder mooi veel wandelingen gemaakt in de bergen. Mensen in de omgeving zijn vriendelijk. We hopen hier vaker naartoe te gaan.

Wunderbarer! Platz, tolles Haus, perfekt auch für eine große Familie/ Gruppe. Netter Nachbar. Super! das Team von ALM vor Ort. Das Chalet ist deutlich über 13 Jahre alt und ABGEWOHNT. Verschleiß und Defekte an Mobiliar (Schränke, zerschlissene Sofaauflagen mit nicht gereinigten Decken, Bretterauflagen Sauna mit heraus stehenden Nägeln, Gartenmöbel) Sehr ärgerlich der maximal südosteuropäische Sauberkeits-/Reinigungszustand bei Schweizer! Preisen für Endreinigung (Schränke, Geschirr, Gardinen, Deckenauflagen Sofa, Sauna, Waschmaschine...)

Helaas geen aanrader meer - wellicht het seizoen - vaatwasser kapot - saunalamp functioneerde niet - men had er een burolampje in gezet - meerdere lampen kapot - gordijnen hingen half aan de rails - beddengoed paste op geen enkel bed - geen slot op de badkamer - geen afvalbak - het huis was vies toen we er in trokken - we hebben 280 francs afgerekend voor de eindschoonmaak en kregen nog een extra nota van 87 franc omdat we het zo vies hebben achtergelaten. Het is een schandalige staat waarin dit op zich heel mooie huis zich bevindt!

Had two wonderful weeks. Lovely house with great amenities (fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, sauna, jacuzzi, spacious living room, plenty of storage options. Very quiet location ... on the cowbells after. Lovely surroundings, great views, lots of walking and a great location (downhill. .) mountain bikes.

Good stay despite the lack of barbecue and outdoor equipment (parasol, sunlounger ..) Very quiet and with beautiful views with amenities such as sauna and very small bubbles agréablesEspace for 6 people (the last room with 2 single beds is located on the top floor (so only good for young children) 200CHF the household should not be mandatory for the price!
