"We were very happy with the accommodation. With a few days of rain, the extra room and games room came in very handy. The place is nice and large! It is in a quiet place and there isn't noise from the main road. Great communication from the host and house "carer." They were very helpful during our stay without being at all intrusive.The walk to the beach is a good 15 minutes, but the walk back is a decent one up the hill, so allow a little extra for that.Had room for boat parking on the grass area next door, so that was helpful!Thanks to the team for letting us stay there."

"We loved staying here. Was clean and comfortable. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids (although wouldn’t plan to have adults stay in this room as mattresses are foam - perfect for kids though). The red kitchen was very kitsch (in a fun way). Location was superb. Gay was lovely to deal with. I’m sure we’ll be back!"

"This is a lovely property in a prime location. All units have beachfront outlooks through the branches of an ancient pohutukawa. The managers were extremely hospitable and helpful. They even shared produce from their garden. The sheets and towels were high quality and the cleanliness was of a high standard. Would definitely recommend "

"Very clean and tidy. I arrived early and was allowed to store my luggage in the office till the room was available. I was then directed to a cafe where I could get a lovely breakfast which was discounted. I would come back here. "
