Top floor (3) 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment, with open plan kitchen/ lounge/ diner on the edge of Igalo and Herceg Novi. 2 min walk to beaches, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. The building is served by lift. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons, including washing machine, 2 satellite TVs, and 2 air-con units, wi-fi. Bed linen and towels provided.
The large balcony with a southern aspect offers far-reaching 180 degrees sea views you will enjoy while relaxing with the morning coffee, or the evening drink.
Will accommodate up to 4 people. Twin beds (separate or joined) in the bedroom and a double futon in the lounge.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine and a hair dryer.
A car is not necessary, although a secure parking is available.
Few minutes walk to the renown spa and health centre Simo Milosevic.
Please note: Tourist tax of €1.20 per adult, per night is payable to the local Tourist Office, in cash, on arrival, children aged 12-18 pay 50% tax. Security deposit of €100 is required in cash on arrival, refundable on departure.
