"This house is a gem! We loved our time and were sad to leave. The location is spectacular: a quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, within walking distance of a grocery store, bank, bakery, and restaurants. It is in a central location for hiking, swimming, etc. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with very possible thing you could ever need. We would give 15 stars if we could! Highly recommends staying here."

Beatrice was friendly and kind, the apartment was tastefully decorated with thoughtful attention to every detail, down to candies, bottles of wine to welcome you, tea and coffee and books and games. The unit and building look like new, excellent construction, thoroughly clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and pretty. I would definitely stay here again! "The room was as described. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was great. Walking distance to the old town, which was very convenient. The owner communicated well and was very helpful. I was fortunate to be able to par in one of the two available parking spaces. During the day, it is also possible to park in the neighborhood. But if you arrive later in the evening, you might have a hard time finding a parking space."

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....
