"The furniture is outdated, the rooms have smoke smell, the shower is rusted on some of the rooms. The breakfast is pretty bad - not too much diversity, coffee is average. The hotel has a great location and good parking, if they would renovate it would be a very good hotel. The receptionist was ok, but he was not aware if there are any water boiling facilities in the room or not. "

"I wish I could give a 4.5, every thing was good, slight issue I raised with staff was very efficiently and pleasantly taken care of. The desk staff, Gaberiel et ao., are 5 star, as is the pool and saunas. Definitely would go back! Great location for me! "

"A little overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was nice but it wasn’t 23€ nice per person. Also they charged for parking as an addition that was $32 for several days. The hotel was nice and rooms were nice. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, Bucharest is a very nice city, in love with the therme București. The breakfast was included, nice food. I'd like to thank the whole kitchen and waiting staff for their good job. I did not have too much interaction with the staff but the receptionist who helped me with the check-in seemed to be very friendly and helpful The room was very spacious, clean, comfy and warm all the time. The bed was a bit uncomfortable though. "

Everything you need for a decent breakfast. Room was quiet. The only noises we had were from people coming into the hotel at night, but it was only for a minute or two. Not an issue. "Hotel was pleasant but staff made us feel unwelcome and a burden. There was a you football team staying who were running up and down corridors and partying into the night. We did not complain but still got lots of sighs from staff. The only time we got a smile was on leaving "

"Overall a really enjoyable stay in Bucharest. The hotel is impressive in a grand style although out of season a bit understaffed for a 5 star experience. The room was excellent and the complementary fruit basket on arrival was a nice touch. The hotel is well located so it’s easy to walk into town and find restaurants etc. the restaurant at the hotel was good too. I would recommend as an option if staying in Bucharest "
