"It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! "

"This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings."

The unit was immaculately clean (I’ve stayed in pet friendly places before that were not), and in a cute, historic neighborhood.
