Please respect our quiet residential area by avoiding parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Sound travels far in the mountains. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

◘ STEEP & NARROW ROADS
Our cabin is located high in the mountains, with steep and one-way roads. The driveway has limited space for turning around, so please drive and turn with caution.

◘ WELL WATER & SEPTIC SYSTEM
The cabin uses well water, safe for drinking and cooking. Please conserve water. Only flush toilet paper, and avoid pouring oil, grease, or chemicals down the drain.

◘ INTERNET SERVICE
We offer Starlink internet with speeds up to 250 Mbps. Speed may vary due to weather conditions and usage. No cable service is available.

◘ BEARS & WILD ANIMALS
Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Stay cautious and aware of your surroundings.

◘ NATURE REMINDER
Our mountain cabin may have insects, bees, spiders, and rodents despite pest control. If this is a concern, please consider alternative accommodations.

◘ DELIVERIES
Guests must sign the vacation rental agreement. By signing, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions. Failure to sign will result in booking cancellation.
