"We started looking for a place much later than anticipated and since we were a "larger" group, we were very limited. But this home fit our needs to a "T". Plenty of beds for our large group, a nice kitchen and dining area for cooking meals, with a game room, sauna and hot tub as added benefits! (Unfortunately the hot tub was unavailable for use, but the sauna was perfect for our athletes.) Jason, the host, was quick to respond with the few small concerns we had. "We were in town for an event at the Bluegrass Hall of Fame and this was perfect for our 5 night stay. Very clean, spacious rooms for a small house. The flooring and furnishings were pet friendly with the fenced back yard a bonus! It was a quick drive the the downtown hot spots and very close to a lovely walking path in Legion Park. Would highly recommend."

"The home is really charming and roomy. The furniture, although dated, takes you right back to the 70's. Kitchen table leg is cracked. Internet never worked. Need to clean mirror's and rugs in bathroom and bedroom. Refrigerator needs a good cleaning. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay!!! "

"For the price point, this was everything we expected. Communication was excellent. The house was clean and well furnished. Extra amenities added a caring touch. If you are bringing a dog, the fenced in backyard is definitely a plus. We were very happy with our stay and would do it again if they would have us. "
